Snapshot of ME, WMA and NH Diocesan Conventions

MAINE - Our theme this year is “Jesus is here, right here, right now.” We continue to reflect on how, in our daily lives and as members of local communities of faith, we accept God’s invitation to join God in our neighborhoods and on ways to strengthen the discipleship practices that enliven our faith and our ministries. That is our most important work.

WESTERN MA - Our theme this year is "Taking Risks for the Sake of the Gospel." We'll be sharing stories of taking risks, spectacular failures, and the learnings that lead to transformative ministry.

NEW HAMPSHIRE - I am introducing the Episcopal Church of New Hampshire to ourselves and to our mission as members of the Episcopal branch of the Jesus Movement. Every time we share communion, we restore our identity as members of the Risen Christ, an identity given to us when we are buried with Christ and raised to new life in him through baptism. It is fitting that, as we recommit ourselves to Christian service as a Church, we renew the promises made at baptism.
